 A 7-Day Keto Diet Meal Plan For Beginners



Below is what a keto diet plan could look like. Depending on your height, activity level and weight, you will of course have to adjust the specified meals to your needs.

In total, the nutrition plan contains three meals a day. You can of course include an additional low carb snack , such as nuts or coconut chips.

Day 1:

Breakfast: fried eggs with bacon, with broccoli

Lunch: high-fat quark with desiccated coconut, erythritol and baking cocoa

Dinner: Baked chicken legs with cauliflower puree

Day 4:

Breakfast: Avocado halves filled with egg

Lunch: cucumber sticks with cream cheese dip

Dinner: steak with herb butter and fried potatoes kohlrabi

Day 5:

Breakfast: porridge made from ground almonds and whole milk

Lunch: mini pizzas made from eggplant with mixed salad

Dinner: roast pork with sauerkraut

Day 6:

Breakfast: omelette filled with roasted zucchini and feta cheese

Lunch: Salad with Salmon, Olives and Avocado

Dinner: minced meat pan with vegetables

Day 7:

Breakfast: tuna salad with vegetable sticks

Lunch: cauliflower casserole

Dinner: sashimi with mixed salad


As you can see right away, a ketogenic diet plan is quick to put together as long as you know what foods are safe to eat.

If you are vegetarian or vegan , this plan is of course not suitable.

If you want to eat a vegetarian and ketogenic diet, you increasingly resort to eggs, nuts and dairy products.

With the vegan variant, it is allowed to include a few foods made from fermented soybeans, such as tofu, in the diet plan. Overall, the vegan keto is very difficult to implement, as many plant-based foods largely consist of carbohydrates.
